To ensure this we ship only premium seafood. We want you to enjoy the delectable taste of our products and recommend them to others. If you are unhappy with your order, you should contact our Head Office within 24 hours. We will work with you to address your concerns.

Unfortunately, some situations cannot be guaranteed. For instance, shipments that cannot be delivered due to an error in the customer address entered.

We will follow your shipment from the time it left our wharf to the time it lands to your home.
